Symptoms


When attempting to access any project in VB Studio the error "oj-dialog with id 'envProvisionDlg': Cannot access methods before element is upgraded." appears at the top of the page. Clicking on the workspace will cause another pop-up prompting to "Provision Services" for the environment. After clicking Provision environment it looks like it is connected. When trying to publish multiple changes, publishing fails.
