Symptoms
When the Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment job, the following error occurs:
User: XXXXX does not have access to any Business Unit
- XXXXX is the username of the user that submitted the process.
- XXXXX is the username of the user that submitted the process.
The user has access to the business unit and has the correct roles assigned.
Navigation: Tools > Scheduled Processes
- Submit the Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment job and view the log file
