Symptoms

When the Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment job, the following error occurs:

User: XXXXX does not have access to any Business Unit
- XXXXX  is the username of the user that submitted the process.

 The user has access to the business unit and has the correct roles assigned.


Navigation
: Tools > Scheduled Processes

  1. Submit the Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment job and view the log file
