Symptoms

The Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) value is not reflecting the latest changes when a Learning Specialist updates the value from the Learning Assignments page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Learner submits a Record External Learning request in Me > Learning > My Learning > Actions > Record External Learning
2. As the Learning Specialist, go to My Client Groups > Learning Assignments > search and select for the Record External Learning submitted by the learner.
3. Select Edit Assignment > Update DFF value > Save and Close. 
4. Check the DFF Value after saving the changes and they are not appearing in the Record External Learning assignment submitted by the learner.
