Symptoms

On : 24.0 version, Merch - Inventory Movement

Creating a PO and two allocations against this PO, after receiving partially the PO, then withdraw the allocations and ship the allocations that weren't cancelled, the TSF_RESERVED_QTY at WH and the TSF_EXPECTED_QTY at Stores goes negative.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO to a WH, one item to one WH (10 units)
2. Create two different allocations for the same PO ( allocation A (7 units) allocation b(3 units). From Allocations, PREDIST, against a PO.
3. Receive the PO in WMS partially
4. Go into allocation and withdraw the allocation
5. Ship the allocation that wasn't cancelled 4 units
6. Validate the TSF_RESERVED_QTY at WH goes negative
7. Validate the TSF_EXPECTED_QTY at Stores goes negative
