Symptoms
When attempting to import line items using Excel or CSV into a Spends Business Process with Configurable Managers the following error occurs:
ERROR

"Spend Business Process not supported".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to the impacted Spends Business Process.
- Attempt to import the CSV or Excel structure to create line items.
- Observe the aforementioned error.
