Symptoms

When executing script 'rotate-schema-credentials.sh' to reset RCU schema password on Essbase Marketplace Instance Server below error is seen:

socket.timeout: timed out
oci._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ConnectTimeoutError
Error : oci._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ConnectTimeoutError: (<oci.base_client.OCIConnection object at 0x7f8038924748>, 'Connection to auth.us-phoenix-1.oraclecloud.com timed out. (connect timeout=10)')
