ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
After creating the deliverable in Enterprise Contracts, the user logs into the Supplier Portal and cannot see any deliverable records in the "Manage Deliverables" section.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Deliverables for Enterprise Contracts to be present in the Manage Deliverables section of the Supplier Portal.
STEPS
--------------------------
1. Create contract deliverable.
2. Go into the Supplier Portal.
3. Access the Manage Deliverables section and observe no deliverables.
