Slow Performance During Applying Larger Item List To The Deal (Doc ID 3047935.1)

Goal

An issue with a lack performance during deal setup using larger Item List
Deal SKU List assignments: Assigning the SKU 9200 + 1800 to Deal 830016 for 3 Locations took more than an hour and then there was an error message from oracle that the connection was interrupted

A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)






STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Item List per Supplier with 9 000 items.

2) Task menu- Deals -Create Deal
3) Populate Deal Header Information : Supplier, Active/Close Date , Deal Type
4) Add 1 Components section - Action Add 1 component to the Deal
5) In the Item/location sections - select Action -Add
Fill:
Merchandise Level - Item, select on the Item List indicator, insert Item List number from the p1
Validate that Rebuild indicator - selected on.
Organization Level -Location, press Store indicator to Y, select 1 store

Press "OK and Another" Button.
Validate that the Adding Item/Location took more a much time and then there was an error message from oracle that the connection was interrupted
