Goal

Knowledge Article is stuck in workflow. Author is reviewing knowledge article in Redwood Authoring but it is stuck in workflow. The workflow options (Review, Approve, Reject) are not appearing. Author is unable to proceed through the workflow process to publish the article. What can be done to fix this article stuck in workflow?
