Unable To Publish VBS Changes (Doc ID 3048013.1)

When attempting to publish Visual Builder Studio(VBS) Changes the following error is observed :

Error: 'Fetching build jobs ...': Internal Server Error
An error occurred getting the build jobs for the workspace"

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to the VBS
2. Navigate to the app.
3. Publish the change
