ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Cannot Update Percent Complete on Manage Tasks
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Able to Update Percent Complete on Manage Tasks
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Since 24B upgrade, users cannot update "Percent Complete" in My Tasks page.
2. This is not happening for all tasks...just some tasks. The expected functionality is that users can see all tasks assigned to them on "My tasks" and update them to complete. However since 24B upgrade users are not able to do this for all tasks. Some tasks do not show the option to update. We have no work-around.
