Unable to Move Record To the Next Step in the Workflow When the Record Contains A Hyperlink Picker And the Name Field Is Empty/Blank/Null

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating a Business Process (BP) record that contains a Hyperlink Picker type Data Element (DE), and is "Required", users are unable to move the record to the next step in the workflow because the 'Name' field for the Hyperlink Picker is not populated/visible in the record.
When attempting to move the record to the next step in the workflow nothing seems to happen and there is no error/alert/notification that pops up.
When the user clicks on the Edit button for the picker again, it is observed that the "Name" field is now populated with the same URL, and the record is able to be sent to the next step in the workflow.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The record should move forward without having to edit the picker or fill in the Name field the first time.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier and navigate to the application workspace that contains the BP with the Hyperlink Picker and Create/Open the record.
- Fill in the required fields, including the URL in the picker (but not the name).
- Try to Send the record to the next step in the workflow.
- Observe that nothing seems to happen.
- Edit the Hyperlink Picker again, this time the Name will be populated.
- Now the record can be sent to the next step in the workflow.
