Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to schedule projects, the following error occurs.

Event Code and Message:
Event Code: VTDCF-0495-3
Message: TCVirtualTable.DoCalcField: TASKPRED.driving_flag: Access violation at address 00000000014F273A in module 'PM.EXE'. Read of address 0000000000000000

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open P6 Professional.
  2. Open a project.
  3. Schedule the project.
