Symptoms

This issue only affects Big Data Service (BDS) 3.0.28 clusters running Oracle Distribution including Apache Hadoop (ODH) 2.0.x.

After following the instructions for Configuring Object Storage with Hadoop, accessing an Object Storage bucket fails with an error like the following:
