On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Help Desk

Unable to Print the Entire Dashboard for HR Help Desk . This is true for all seeded dashboards

HR Help Desk resources (Manager/Agents) are unable to print the entire dashboards since the Print & Export Options for Print Rows is only set to Visible instead of All. Why is this the case when the expectation is that they should be able to export the entire dashboards for their respective use. The only option for us at this point in time is to customize these reports so we have an option to update the Print Rows parameter to All. Shouldn't this be updated and corrected?

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Reports and Analytics

2. /Shared Folders/Service/Embedded Content/HR Help Desk Manager/Dashboards/Critical SRs > Open

3. 'Export to Excel' > Export Entire Dashboard' > Only the rows that are visible on screen without scrolling are getting exported
