Symptoms
When calling the 'Get BP Record' REST API call for a Cost Business Process (BP) record, the error below is returned in the response instead of a successful (200) response.
"Server Error, Contact the System Administrator referencing this error code : <COMPANY SHORTNAME>-<UNIQUE ERROR CODE>"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Using Postman connect to Unifier.
- Make the following POST Get BP Record API call for the Cost BP record by specifying the Cost BP Name and record number.
- Observe that the above error message is received in the response instead of a successful (200) response.
