Symptoms

When calling the 'Get BP Record' REST API call for a Cost Business Process (BP) record, the error below is returned in the response instead of a successful (200) response.

"Server Error, Contact the System Administrator referencing this error code : <COMPANY SHORTNAME>-<UNIQUE ERROR CODE>"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using Postman connect to Unifier.
  2. Make the following POST Get BP Record API call for the Cost BP record by specifying the Cost BP Name and record number.
  3. Observe that the above error message is received in the response instead of a successful (200) response.
