Symptoms

User are seeing notifications for rejected records in retail home. However we do not see any email notification sent to the subscribed email address.

Rejected records Notifications are displayed in Retail Home under Retail Insights. However the subscribed email address under AIF_DATA_REJECTION & RI_DATA_REJECTION are not getting any email alerts when data rejections occur
