Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While adding the item at subscription product page level the page is moving up and down which is causing the issue to enter the details.
Same issue is reported in customer Asset adding page also. Users are trying in different browsers like Mozilla and Google chrome but are getting the same issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The page should not be moving up and down.
