Process Receipts Through Lockbox fails with Validation error: The MICR number is invalid (Doc ID 3048757.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import lockbox file, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The MICR number is invalid

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download Lockbox file
2. Run Load Interface File For Import to load the file to UCM
3. Run Process Receipts through Lockbox ESS process



Changes

 The issue is only happening in case an invalid Routing Number is used, for valid routing number the process is working fine.
