Symptoms
Clone pdb using the cloud console failing with error: DCS-12309:Failed to clone PDB <pdb name> using the Connection string. <connec string>
-From the failed job log /opt/oracle/dcs/log/jobs/<failed job id>.log

There was a change to the SYS user profile on the source where the SYS password will be expired
