Symptoms

When trying to disburse the plan balance for an employee in Old Assignment when employee is moved to Contingent Worker type.

Error message:

You need to enter an effective date for the transaction that's after the hire date of the employee. (ANC-3405063)
Person {PERSON_NAME}. Hire date {HIRE_DATE}.
