Symptoms
The items are not getting inserted/merged into the itm_item_options table in XOCS. After file upload the files are getting successfully processed and there is not a single error.
Already raised a previous ticket for the same issue but that SR 3-37550294761 is not to be found anywhere when searched.
ERROR
-----------------------
"404 Not Found".
Steps to Re-create :
-----------------------
1. Searched items in XOC via dtxql query but received only service items in the result set.
2. Created item loc files and uploaded via file deploy and the files got successfully uploaded.
3. When searched with the query again the uploaded items didn't reflect and gave "404 Not Found".
4. This problem is consistent only with itm item options table.
