Symptoms

Contract interface to DocuSign Fail with below Error message.

The files in the Contract category of the Documents tab are over the size limit. Create a new version of the contract and reduce the size of the files. (OKC-196756)
The size of the files has exceeded the limit set in the WebLogic sever.
Action Increase the file size limit set in the WebLogic server. If the issue persists, Oracle Support for assistance.
