Encountering ORA-01722 Error While Adding Location From One Cycle Count To Another (Doc ID 3049178.1)

Symptoms

 User has deleted a location from a stock count and trying to add this location to another existing stock count. Stock count dates are of different dates respectively. While adding the location, user is getting Ora-01722: Invalid number returned by program unit STKCOUNT_SQL.CHECK_LOCATION_EXISTS, error.
