Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Digital Customer Service

Error when click on My Profile DC app .

 
ERROR

Error Could not load data: status -1 displayed on the screen


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Visual studio
2. Create a new Webapp using the template Digital Customer Service 24C
3. Run the app
4. Click on the logged user and select "My Profile'
5. Error Could not load data: status -1 displayed on the screen
6. No user details such as First name and Last Name, etc are shown on the screen
