Symptoms
PROBLEM STATEMENT
• Redwood Add Absence page throws an error after clicking on Submit
• This only happens with Vacation absence type
• Consistently reproducible for all users eligible to use the Vacation absence type.
ERROR
Applying List binding LOV___FLEX_Context with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :AbsenceEntryVO_absenceRecordingDFF_AbsenceEntryVOToAbsenceRecordingsFlexVO_AbsenceRecordingsFlexVO, key oracle.jbo.Key[{ID}]

STEPS
The behavior can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to About Me > Add Absence
2) Choose absence type using a DFF, enter in the required data.
3) Click Submit and see the error.
