Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Mass update function works ONLY when the Activate checkbox is checked during the process.
During this process if the Activate checkbox is unchecked, it does not make the updates.
Mass update process is used to update the Start Date or to update the End Date beyond the current subscription End Date.
For Activate checkbox unchecked, only Subscription header gets extended with the End Date, line level end dates remain same.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Expect the Start Date and the End Date to be updated regardless of selecting the Activate checkbox.
Also expect the updated fields to apply to the line levels, not just the header level.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Perform mass update with activate checkbox checked.
2. Perform mass update without activate checkbox checked and observe the data.
