Symptoms
On : Customer Cloud Service 23C MP6.7.0 version, Environment Related
Measuring component is not loading properly if tried to opened from Device Char with chartype- D1-MC
If the same measuring component Id is opened via application it is loading properly.
Also, loading properly if navigated via To do char or Premise char.

Measuring component page is not loading properly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.D1-MC with Device as char Entity.
2 Measuring component added as Device Char.
3.Click on the measuring component char value to navigate to the Measuring component.
Measuring component page is not loading properly.
