Goal
When Work Pattern is assigned to an employee, the Schedule hierarchy start point is not considered correctly in Redwood UI.
In Add Absence Redwood UI, the system was considering the work pattern shift details when Schedule hierarchy start point is set as Work Schedule.
Issue was only in Redwood UI and it is working fine in Admin UI (Classic).
