Symptoms

While installing the Management Agent, fails during the CloudRegistrationStep

Case1:

Error stack observed from ./mgmt_agent/configure-logs/configure.log.0

[SEVERE] [oracle.polaris.configure.ConfigEngine] CloudRegistrationStep : The registration attempt failed with HTTP Status 401 (The required information to complete authentication was not provided or was incorrect.)
oracle.polaris.configure.common.ConfigurationException: CloudRegistrationStep : The registration attempt failed with HTTP Status 401 (The required information to complete authentication was not provided or was incorrect.)
at oracle.polaris.configure.common.ConfigurationException.with(ConfigurationException.java:37)

Case 2:

Install a Management Agent on VM with OS Canonical-Ubuntu-18.04 fails with following error,

CloudRegistrationStep : The registration attempt failed due to Method not supported on an outbound message.
