PRC:SSP: Redwood RSSP Purchase Order (PO) approval details For Closed PO Are Not Visible Under View Requisition Document History (Doc ID 3049602.1)

On : 11.13.24.07.0 version, Approvals and Notifications

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Scenario #1

When user#1 enters a purchase requisition (PR), PR is approved by user #2.
PO is automatically created, under buyer#1 that is same user#1.
User#1 go to Procurement > Purchase Requisitions(New) > My Requisitions > Document History, is able to see the PO submitted

Scenario #2

When user#1 enters a purchase requisition (PR), PR is approved by user #2.
 PO is automatically created, under buyer#2 that is same user#2 approving the PR.
User#1 go to Procurement > Purchase Requisitions(New) > My Requisitions > Document History, is not able to see the PO submitted

User#1 is having full access as procurement agent , is able to view, edit PO of any buyer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User#1 should be able to see in RSSP any purchase order related to it's purchase requisition created in the Document History option.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PR created and approved, PO created and auto approved
2. Go to Procurement > Purchase Requisitions(New) > My Requisitions > Document History, requester is not able to see the PO submitted

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, requesters cannot see in RSSP the purchase orders created with a different buyer.
