Symptoms

Problem Description:

While attempting to manually move a Job Application to HR - Processed phase/state, despite being allowed to do this action, the application state remains in " Pending Manual Processing " 

  1. Manage Job Offers > Search and select the application which should be moved to HR - Processed
  2. Move to Processed > Yes 
  3. See that State is still in Pending Manual Processing (Status not getting changed)
