ReSA Dashboard Scrollbar Disappears On Open Transaction Errors When Returning From A Transaction

Symptoms
After clicking on a transaction with an error to be audited, when returning to the dashboard the scrollbar of the "Open Transaction Errors" is missing, which forces the user to refresh the dashboard, costing some time.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open ReSA dashboard
2. click a day with transaction errors
3. see the list with the error transactions on the right with a scrollbar
4. click on any transaction number link
5. a new tab with the transaction will open
6. click cancel to close this transaction tab
7. see the scrollbar is still active
8. scroll done for at least 4 records
9. click on any transaction number link
10. a new tab with the transaction will open
11. click cancel to close this transaction tab
12. see back on ReSA dashboard the scrollbar is gone
