Symptoms

When attempting to import a file into a Business Process the following error occurs:

Error: "Unexpected Error".

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the impacted Project.
  2. Click the impacted Business Process record open.
  3. Attempt to upload an attachment.
  4. Observe the aforementioned error.
