Symptoms
When attempting to import a file into a Business Process the following error occurs:

Error: "Unexpected Error".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to the impacted Project.
- Click the impacted Business Process record open.
- Attempt to upload an attachment.
- Observe the aforementioned error.
