Opening DV Report Through RPAS Results in Error "Failed to load workbook from specified path" (Doc ID 3049903.1)

Goal

A custom Data Visualization (DV) Report opens successfully without DV application. However, when clicking on the DV report link in the RPAS application there is an error:

Failed to Load Workbook
Failed to load workbook from specified path:
'/@Catalog/Shared Folders/Custom/<REPORT_NAME>'
