When population is more and customer is trying to download the compensation worksheet, they are unable to -
The error message that is appearing is : Error JBO-25060: The export is not completed because an unexpected error has been occurred while attempting to retrieve the following rows from ResultSet of JDBC related to collection WorksheetOption5VO_27769327WorksheetOption5VO__AllRows__Finder__internal__
Steps to download the worksheet :
Home > Administrative Menu (My Client Groups) > Compensation > Act as Proxy Manager > Select the desired plan > View in worksheet
