Symptoms

 

On the Output Interface UI, the files are failing with error “Output file processing failed: OutputInterfaceAccessToken data modified by user xxxxx. Please retry.” Due to this, the output files are not being sent to Fusion system thus causing onhand inventory issues, billing issues, financial impact.

Steps to Reproduce

The steps are:

 

Considering the Outbound Load Shipping flow

  1. Ship Load using RF /UI
  2. Navigate to Output Interface UI
  3. Search Output Interface type : Outbound Load Export
  4. Review message column in UI where the file fails with the error : Output file processing failed: OutputInterfaceAccessToken data modified by user xxxxx. Please retry.
