FTS Upload Error - Object Exceeds ODAV Max Size (Doc ID 3050052.1)

Goal

Uploading a file of about 7GB to FTS fails with an error - Object exceeds ODAV max size:

1. Try uploading a fact file ( a .csv.rpl) of about 7GB to Object storage.

2. Use listfiles to check if the file uploaded successfully.

Observe the error:
