ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On Redwood Grade page, the Steps filter not working as expected. When selecting Grades without Steps, grades with steps still appear. Same when selecting option of Grades with Steps.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups
2. Grades
3. Apply filter on Steps
