Symptoms

Analysis Properties Display Custom Message doesn't render HTML message on the PDF.

When using HTML to display the custom message for No Results on the Analysis Properties and choose the check box for "Contains HTML/JavaScript/CSS Markup", it works as expected on the dashboard page and shows the proper custom message for that analysis.


When we generate the dashboard PDF, for the custom message, the analysis doesn't render the HTML on the PDF.  Instead the HTML tags are displayed in the file instead of the formatted message.
