Redwood - AI assist not working in self evaluation page

Symptoms
The AI Assist button for Self-Evaluation is not working, no comments are filled. The goal names are provided, when we click on the button the screen just shows a loading symbol and gets stuck in it, we then need to click on home icon re open the evaluation page from Me tab.
STEPS: Me > Career and Performance > Performance
