Symptoms
ITEM_SEQ_NO not populated in SA_EXPDW_RDWT_HEAD for itemtype = GCN
Steps to reproduce:
-----------------------------
1) Create Gift card sales with item type =GCN
2) Audit the store day and execute SAEXPDW batches.
3) Validate Sa_EXPDW_RDWT_HEAD and see that item_seq_no is not populated from SA_TRAN_ITEM where item type ='GCN'.
