Process Lease Accounting Does Not Pick Any Data For Payments When Run Before Payment Due Date (Doc ID 3050460.1)

Is it possible to run Process Lease Accounting to pick all payments regardless of payment date?  And can that be scheduled in Scheduled Processes?

Take a lease with this example of payments:

Payment number 1 Recurring payment first payment date 01/Aug/2024
Payment number 2 One Time payment payment Due date 31/Aug/2024
Payment number 3 One Time payment payment Due date 23/Aug/2024

Process Lease Accounting is run for payments without Period name and without from and to due date on 23/Aug/2024.

Payments 1 and 3 get selected, but payment 1 does not, even though payment date was not specified.

The system is selecting those payments which due on the day of process run. Any payment due within current period but after process run date is not selected.
