When attempting to contract a lease with a one time payment that has a future start date,
the following error occurs when the new termination date is before the future start date of the on time payment.

This is blocking the scope decrease amendment.

You must enter the first payment date in the first payment period. (FUN-720657)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query lease
2. Update the Lease End Date to a date before the start date of the one time payment
3. Review the current payments
4. Update the payment to shorten it. Click Save. Error received.
