Symptoms
The user has experienced difficulties in accessing the service console of the Oracle Blockchain Enterprise Manager instance.
Despite successfully installing Oracle Blockchain Enterprise Manager on OKE and being able to access the control plane, user encountered "server not found" errors when trying to access the console using the external IP or domain name.
