ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DMU (Data Migration Utility) needs to account for data changes during DMU process
There are specific tables such as crm_* and hrs_* update rows in those tables and are not reprocessed after the rows have already been processed to XOCS therefore changes are missed getting to XOCS.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The specific tables mentioned should be updated even if DMU is running.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
This will impact them daily if as they will have customer and employee data updates that will happen while the DMU is running and those changes will not be exported and make it to XOCS during their V23 migration to XOCs rollout thus causing missed data in XOCS.
