Symptoms
On : NA version, Adapter - Oracle E-Business Suite
When attempting to create an integration cloud connection to EBS also running on Cloud
the following error occurs in the web browser -> ICS -> Connections -> Test
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to ICS console, navigate to connections.
2. Enter the connection details such as hostname.
3. In access type, choose "Connectivity Agent"
4. Test the connection and notice the error.
5. Notice another connection, through the same agent, to an On Premises EBS instance is successful.
