Goal

The Lease Disclosure Report should show the lease payments for the fiscal year.

The future lease payments section is not honoring the fy start_date to fy end_date. Instead it is considering year start from current open period ie., Oct-23 in this case for all future years and hence summing up balance from Oct-Sep.

This is not current available functionality, to sum-up from Jan-Dec.
