Mapped Refnum Qualifier ID Is Not Displayed While Editing a Refnum Based Field In OTM/GTM Manager Layout (Doc ID 3051417.1)

Symptoms

OTM / GTM Customers very often use Refnum based fields on Manager Layout for displaying and/or managing data for a Refnum.

Once adding a Refnum based field in Manager Layout and later edited the same field again, this does not show the mapped Refnum Qualifier ID. Thus this is tough for a admin/developer person to track the field mapping details.
