FA: SCM: Pricing: How To Apply Discounts From Both Strategy & Contracts Setup When Sales Agreement Is Added On Sales Order (Doc ID 3051424.1)

Goal

Whenever a Sales Agreement is added on the order line, Pricing & Discount from Contracts UI is coming up as expected. But EFF/Simple discount rules defined under same Pricing Strategy are not getting applied

Example : In Contracts UI - Below is defined (step 1 to 4)

1. Contract SQ-6789
2. Strategy ABC
3. Item 123 with charge 12
4. Discount % - 2%

Now when SO is created in OM for Item 123 and adding sales agreement SQ-6789, Strategy ABC along with defined charge 12(with discount 2%) is getting retrieved. 
But for same order - Under Pricing Setup - ABC strategy - There are Simple & EFF based discount rules defined which are satisfying for above order. But are not get applied
